This package includes: An initial 90 minute nutrition assessment with customized nutrition portfolio to include your personal health assessment, your customized plan, helpful handouts and guides—all designed specifically for you, based on your health and nutrition goals. 2 @ 60 minute follow ups for further discussion and focus on plan accountability, progress with goals, nutrition education, addressing any challenges or problem areas, answering questions that may arise about food/nutrition/exercise/health, and helping you stay motivated and inspired.
